At first, when looking at the videos, it might be hard to understand what is nostalgic about them. They might look a bit strange and may be uncomfortable. But there is a clear reference to videos, websites and the general taste of users of the internet at the beginning of 21 century.
As an example, keren's video clips could be compared to several websites, such as hosanna1.com or pianoartist.com. Many details, images, gifs, colourful signs that are hard to read on colourful background - all of these were really common on web pages before, and the same distinctive features might be found in "Terrorist of love" and "NO PURPOSE".

Another thing to compare with, are videos by Kate Clapp - a famous person on Russian speaking internet since she was one of the first Russian video bloggers on YouTube.
Her very first videos were really simple without complicated editing, but then they changed and became more fun. She has been using the same significant details, as in old websites, such as colourful signs, and gif images, but with more freedom since it was video editing.

Going back to citter's art, as opposed to the previous example of nostalgia in "Diss on updates", this one is a bit problematic in clarifying whether it is reflective or restorative.
At one point, it actually restores the atmosphere of the early internet, and translates the same vibe as old websites or videos, when everyone was able to upload anything, the internet was free, and people liked to add colourful signs, and gif images and fun video effects.

At the same time, it has all signs common to reflective nostalgia, such as plenty of details or aesthetic creation. "Terrorist of love" has plenty of elements, such as gif images of flying fall leaves, pokemons in the background, cats playing the piano and etc. There are also visual changes in the video itself in both video clips, such as "waves" or "kaleidoscope" effects. These details create a specific vibe and aesthetic, that reminds the era of the early internet, but at the same time is different.
These videos also do not look like something serious, and their form is pretty joyful and fun, which is common to reflective nostalgia.
They also could be uncanny, depending on which experience the internet users had. Young people might not recognize the reference at all, and these videos will not fill nostalgic. Others might recognize it as nostalgic, but because of their own experience, which might be different from the video, it would feel uncanny. While some people would find it very familiar and comfortable, and will not feel any uncanny at all.
As for simulacra, the atmosphere and aesthetic of these videos do not seem to be that strong, to create nostalgia for people who have never used the internet at the beginning of 21 century.
